Before you call, it is fair to know exactly what is being promised. Four things, each one about this service rather than about anybody else’s work.
Someone answers, at any hour
The line on this site is answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year, holidays included. Damage does not keep business hours and neither does the phone.
The connection costs you nothing
You will not be billed by this site, ever. The call is free, the connection is free, and the price of the job is a matter for you and the contractor you choose.
A credentialled contractor who works locally
The connection goes to an insured independent contractor working in the Bismarck area rather than to a call centre two states away. The contractor on site is the firm that must hold the permissions the job calls for, so confirm them yourself before anyone starts.
Not the right contractor? Call again
If the first connection does not work out — no call back, no show, or a quote you do not trust — ring the line again and you will be put through to a different contractor.
What is not being guaranteed here
To be plain: nothing here warrants or guarantees work performed by any contractor. They are independent, the agreement is yours with them, and the guarantee you can rely on is the one they put in writing.
